Fluval 404
The Fluval 404 canister filter was replaced by the Hagen Fluval 5 Series in 2005. The filter was widely used and is still used by many aquarists today. The filter is rated for aquariums with the capacity up to 100 U.S. Gallons. The Fluval 404 features a self-priming siphon system for easy maintenance. A valve is located at the base of the hoses which allows you to disconnect them without spilling water. The Fluval 404 features a multi-stage filtration system. This filter is rated for 100 Gal. tanks.

The Fluval 405 is self-priming that will keep you from having to manually siphon the filter for easy maintenance. The Fluval 405 provides three-stage water filtration to keep your aquarium water clean. The Aqua-Stop valve featured on the Fluval 405 allows you to disconnect the hoses from the canister filter without a mess.
